Travelocity are liars, cheats and thieves

I booked a cruise with Travelocity, I confirmed the price three times and then three weeks later I confirmed it again. Five minths later I was told the price was twice what I was quoted.

The customer service is someone in India and will not help you.

Travelocity Executive Resoiutions Coordinator Douglas Keonning, thinks I made this up. All he can say is "I cant confirm what you are telling me". A Travelocity employee told me that they decided to reduce the two for one price, and cut it in half after the promotion.

Stay Away from Travelocity.
