Beware! When you book online with
travelocity, you do NOT get what you think you are getting. I booked a
hotel room for a Friday and Saturday night for 3 people for a specific price. When I got to the hotel, there was only ONE bed. When I went to the
front desk to question it, the reservation stated that I booked only 1 bed. For 3 people!?!? I then had to pay an extra $20 per night for another bed. If I had known this, I would not have made this particular reservation. I called
customer service, and they simply said that I had only booked 1 bed, yet my reservation was indeed for 3 people. Deceptive!
Bait and Switch! Beware!
