Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. BBB made them to return my money back. Although I could not dispute the charges with my credit card company and bank cause 60 days have passed by, BBB, Attorney General and Consumer Protection made them return me my money in full!!.
I reported them to NY attorney general and BBB in Texas, where Travelocity is located and BBB made them give all my money back!!!. I talked to Travelocity on 1/9/24 and they contacted the Hotel Primavera manager and he refused to return my money or so it said...
I called Travelocity and they will respond to me in 3 days cause they want to contact the property manager why they were not there on 12/17/23 and I couldn't check it. They were supposed to be there until 9pm or given me instructions or the pin combination to unlock my...

Verified ReviewerResolved: Kept my money and were closed when I got to hotel
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Complaining to BBB, Attorney General and Consumers Protection.
BBB made them return me my money back.
Travelocity tried to trick me blaming the hotel manager for not wanting to give me my money back cause I didn't cancel the reservation 3 days before, but it wasn't my fault that the hotel front door was locked and no staff present when I went to check in. So Travelocity was lying to me because how come they returned me the money as soon as BBB contacted them?

Verified ReviewerTravelocity charged me for an unexisting provider service
Travelocity has not contacted me so far
Still Awaiting for a Travelocity Customer service agent (human not a bot) to try this serious Matter ...
They gave me a number that does not exist and to which I called in Order to get instructions for Arrival AND Pay them directly a small balance that was to be paíd at Ck-in. When I called several times to that Italy phone # and noticed it was unexisting due to the Vodafone recorded message in Italian saying the hotel contact number I was calling Is an unexisting number, I felt the provider was much unreliable so I immediately contacted Travelocity thru the only means their Customer Service web page gives customers = a bot chat (previously of cancelling) I selected the cancel reservation option that Travelocity bot chat offered me because their provider contact # Is unexisting. Not for anyother REASON. Travelocity chat doesnt gave me Another alternate nor additional number either, because they dont have it.
Travelocity sent me an unexisting provider number, AND charged me $471.25 (NOT the "Ghost" hotel). So it Is Travelocity who have to solve the customer loss. I Please Travelocity to be honest and reimburse ME my 100% payment of $471.25 for a misleading Advertising, sale and charging for a "ghost hotel" that they promote and sell or grant me a $471.25 crèdit -or even at least offering to revert the unfortunate cancelation at The Maisonette in Rome and I personally Would have gone there the same Nov 16 afternoon to the provider's allegate address and claim them directly and stay there just to consume my payment. But Travelocity didn't do nor give me a substitute phone number.
Since TraveloCity doesn't have an additional contact phone number and they either give me any Other solution I claim them to either reimburse the full payment due that your email and advertising is midleading while containing an unexisting contact provider info or grant me a credit for the Money they received (not the hotel). Travelocity does not have an alternate contact provider number for that Hotel they sell so they must understsnd my cancelation was made FOR THAT REASON NOT FOR desire. At the time I wrote this I was in Paris Orly airport fliying to Rome AND Yet I Did not have a hotel there. Travelocity needs to solve this odd Situation I am giving them suggestions but they font answer.
I please Travelocity yo understand that the product the sold me is a fake product until customer is unable de to contact a provider thru the means Travelocity gave their customer (me). Waiting for a serious Solution maybe a tailor Made solution to this Situation yours Javier Castañer 1-78*-***-**** xavocastanyer@***.com

Verified ReviewerReport A scam using travelocity name
My issue is a division of Travelocity that claims the people that they hire are are doing optimization of the hotels. Or you have a amount of tasks that you're off to pay a 100 U.
S dollars to activate once you activate, you get paid 12 or $15 commission. And then you're next set, you need to withdraw all the money. Then again, send in a $100. Minimum or like they say, send more.
And then you'll get more profit.
Here's the problem on the second or third round. When you do this is freeze, is that 15 and your account goes negative? So now your money's frozen. So they say and you must add whatever the navy of amount is.
So now you're sending more money. And it's just pulling of course, you have the option to take it out every day, but they entice you with the 3 consecutive days. Log in $100 5 days, $800 pay and then 30 consecutive days, $5300 and $6300 a month income. It's gotta be fraud.
It's gotta be a scam because Travelocity has no record of this optimization bio.
I'm concerned for other people. I'm sitting right now about $400. Canadian out and I refuse to put in another 187 U. Yes.
I was in my third set a tasks. I got to 15 and froze. I added another $140. USI activated one task at frozen and ask for another 187.
That's why I believe it's a Scam also I don't believe Travelocity would use WhatsApp as it's main source of contact. This needs to be investigated. I have all the documentation.
And screenshots Of every point of conduct in transaction I had I be more than happy to forward this to any authority figures that wants to investigate the fraud. The last issue is that they want you to use cryptocurrency.
Through one of the crypto applications, my bank prevented me from going any further saying it must be fraud.
Add finally They send you photos on there.
What's up group of their shopping sprees? There's 21 people in a WhatsApp group.
And they all talk about how much money they're making. It's a beautiful set up if you're a scam artist
- Alarm in group of scam artists to use their name and logo

Verified ReviewerFraud! Charges after canceling my booking 5 months ahead of date
I canceled my booking with Travelocity 5 months in advance and the next day was charges 167.33 . I called the hotel and they said they didn't charge me.
I called Travelocity who said that he contacted the hotel and that It would be 7 to 10 days for a refund. 12 days later , no refund. I called back and spoke to a supervisor at Travelocity named Brian who said it must be a mistake and to report it to my bank as fraud. After arguing with him for 15 minutes he said he would refund my 167.33 and thatit would take 7 to 10 days to show the credit.
Now it's been over a week and no credit still. Had I not checked I would not have noticed the charge . How many travelers are frauded this way? Travelocity seems not to care about their customers, or where the issues are in their system.
Travelers need to be aware and remember to check their accounts to insure they aren't getting fraudulent charges after canceling. Clay Fissel

Verified ReviewerThey screwed up, admitted it and did nothing
I book a cruise on a Friday evening. My husband and I realized almost immediately that it was during my recovery from my EIGHTH lower back surgery and filled out the cancel my booking form within the 24hr allotted time!
It was on a Friday night, so the cruise department was closed til Monday morning. I received an email on Sunday that the problem was being addressed. Monday I called, even though it states in bold letters that you do not need to call, you will hear from customer service in 48-72 hrs! So, 2 weeks later and SEVERAL customer service agents telling me I deserve a refund, Ive provided all the documentation that they requested, yet it has landed me with NO REFUND, because Travelocity DID NOT request my refund within the 24hr cancellation window!!
Ive argued that I followed the protocol and its not my fault it wasnt done in the 24hrs, its Travelocitys issue. The Senior Customer Service rep agreed, but only offered me a sorry and suggested I dispute the charges on my credit card!
My issue is that THEY MESSED UP, THE ADMITTED It!!, Refund my money!! Im so disappointed and disgusted!!!

Verified ReviewerSystem will not allow me to leave a review
I would like to leave a review for the VERY POOR experience I recently had in Providence RI renting "Yacht Rental 32ft Bayliner" for my husband's birthday. The name of the boat was "GLADYS.
I paid over $500 for two nights. It was smelly, moldy and frankly, uninhabitable. The heat source was two small electric heaters. If you tried to use both heaters at the same time the breaker would trip.
We felt sick when inside and could not stay there. The APP would not connect, so I could not reach the owner in time to complain or get a full refund.
Now, the Travelocity Site keeps telling me there is a problem and will not allow me to leave a poor review. I would like to save anyone else from wasting their time renting this dump of a "yacht!"

- Hard to get in contact with

Verified ReviewerKept my money after hotel I rented was locked up when I got there, no entry
On 5/23, I booked 2 rooms and paid $305.00 for 12/16-19,2023. When I got there the door was locked/no entry.
Called the host and no answer until next day 1pm. Telling me I didn't show up which is a lie cause I got there at 5pm and called them and nobody answer. Their site stated they are there until 9pm. I told them I want my money back cause they can not steal my money.
Also they are advertising this building as a hotel when it's hospedaje "rental rooms for singles or students".
They planned to kept my money for services I never received. Filled a complaint with BBB, NY attorney General and disputed with my credit card.

Hey so I'm dealing with this right now and I figured it could be a scam. So far its working.
Its been five days I have invested a total of 1200 they keep getting me to add 3000 or 10000 but something doesn't feel right with this so can you tell me your experience. Did you go all the way to the 30 days or did you invest your 11000 right away. There suppose to give me 800 bonus commissions they gave me the 100 but with them stealing from you and others like you I think that might be where my commissions are coming from.
Please if you check for updates please get in touch with me. I'd rather cut my loses right now than to loss 10000
