I was invoiced for the rate advertised then saw my credit card bill where I was charged almost double! I checked with the hotel and the so called "lowest rate" I booked was about $50 a night higher than I would have paid at the hotel - showing up at the last minute with no discounts or special deals. Worst customer service. Ever. I am so pissed, I can hardly breathe. I was charged 3 booking fees and 3 airline fares for the same trip...and they did nothing to fix it. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! Now i have no money, I cant afford my trip, and will not be able to go. F you Travelocity. F you. Shame on you for the way you treat consumers. I am truly disgusted. Yuck

Booked a flight that was cancelled by the airline forcing me to miss my connection and entire trip due to the schedule change. After contacting Travelocity and the airline on several different occasions and wasting time to do so I have been unable to even get a straight answer about a refund or any options going forward to recover even some of the price of the ticket. I made a hotel reservation through Travelocity and was not told into after I had given my information that it was non-refundable. Go through the hotel website not Travelocity. If I had known the non-refundable up front I would not have made the reservation. Read more

Travelocity are thieves they sold me a round trip ticket that I purchased for a friend they gave absolutely no services she never was even allowed to get on the Delta Airlines plane they left her standing at the starting Delta Airlines Terminal crying. I have used all the varied on-line travel organizations and travelocity is by far the worst. No customer service and a total rip off in pricing and assistance. When they arranged for my wife and i at a location, when we got there it was overbooked and we have struggled for weeks to get a refund of over $500.00. Will never use this company again. Booked a hotel in MX for a week, when I got there the hotel was a health hazard (everything in the room was wet and smelled of mold). I had to book into another hotel and Travelocity would not give me a refund from the first hotel. Buyer Beware!

Booked a hotel through Travelocity and the hotel was not as advertised. What does Travelocity do.. They can only authorize a refund if the hotel agrees to it. What a joke!! DON'T EVER USE TRAVELOCITY AS THEY CAN'T REVERSE THE HOTEL CHARGE UNLESS ""THE HOTEL"" AGREES TO THE REFUND. I purchased a 3 star top secret hotel from travelocity. They booked me at a 2 star motel. When I called them about their bait and switch tactics they happily said well its non refundable so you still have to pay even if you dont stay in the motel. I gave them my daughter's flight itinerary and they pulled up the flight info. I wanted to fly back with her but it was not available, however, they told me that there was a flight one hour before her flight so I booked that.
