we booked a trip with a shuttle service from he Aruba airport to our hotel. With the written agreement we could cancel the shuttle for a full refund if done more than 72 hours in advance. when we tried to cancel 6 days in advance they refused. saying we could only do it if we cancelled the whole trip. that is not what the agreement said. on page three. Travelocity - Shady prices and horrible customer service

I went to book a flight and the initial price was 188.48. I then selected the return flight of an additional 21.58. When I got to the total screen the flight price was 434.32. I called customer service to get the quoted price, but she could not help me and said it was a technical error. While on the phone she contacted the tech department, who changed the prices. I GET A CUPON $50 FROM TRAVELOCITY. WHEN I WANT TO USE IT FOR HOTEL RESERVATION THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN NOT DO IT. THIS PEOPLE ARE LIERS AND SELLING PEOPLES MONEY. ALSO THEY DO NOT SPEAK WELL ENGLISH. I called to change a plane ticket. Have now been on hold over 30 minutes. The first rep said his computer was having an issue and he couldn't make the change and put me on hold for his supervisor. 15 minutes later she gets on there and clicks around, puts me on hold, picks back up, clicks around. Confirms the times I now need. Puts me back on hold and I am still holding. Writing negative reviews until she comes back. Lesson learned. ... Read more

I prepaid for a car through Travelocity. When I got to Reno Nevada, we stood in line for some time. Finally were told they did not have any cars available. I had booked the car a month in advance. How can they not have a car I prepaid for? I wrote an email complaint to Alamo customer service but never heard back from them. Obviously they do not care whether their customers are served or not. I made a car reservation for my wife # xxxxxx3810 for Huntsville and understood that I paid it in full so that she would not have to when picking it up. Upon her arrival, she called to say that there was 90 dollars due?? I talked to the agent and she had no record of it being paid for and that 90 dollars was due if she wanted to rent the car. I was invoiced for the rate advertised then saw my credit card bill where I was charged almost double! I checked with the hotel and the so called "lowest rate" I booked was about $50 a night higher than I would have paid at the hotel - showing up at the last minute with no discounts or special deals. There are no live human beings at Travelocity just more and more windows with information that does nothing and goes nowhere. I got a second... Read more

Worst customer service. Ever. I am so pissed, I can hardly breathe. I was charged 3 booking fees and 3 airline fares for the same trip...and they did nothing to fix it. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! Now i have no money, I cant afford my trip, and will not be able to go. F you Travelocity. F you. Shame on you for the way you treat consumers. I am truly disgusted. Yuck

Booked a flight that was cancelled by the airline forcing me to miss my connection and entire trip due to the schedule change. After contacting Travelocity and the airline on several different occasions and wasting time to do so I have been unable to even get a straight answer about a refund or any options going forward to recover even some of the price of the ticket.
