Can’t get anyone to answer at Travelocity

A Flight was canceled during Covid in 2020 and theyre saying we have to use our credits before the end of March and I cant get anybody to answer the phone to get it taken care of and you cant get it taken care of on the website

i bought travel insurance on our tickets in case a date had to change. Unbeknownst to me, the tickets i purchased were "non-changeable" so i had to buy additional tickets for the way home and not use my delta tickets already purchased. Even though there were seats available for the flight i tried to change by one day, they would not honor it. Same time, different day. Not pleased with Delta or Travelocity.

Cancun Dreams Natura...watch out ..I purchased a room with ocen view and paid extra. But when I got there they gave me a room overlooking a delapidated building. The Hostess said if the building was not there you would be able to see the ocean. I found out that the same thing happened to others and then to get an ocen view you would have to pay more....Watch this scam!!!!!!yStay away,,,This was my view

Poor customer service

I have been trying to re book a flight for 3 days now. I keep getting someone that does not speak English in another country. As much money as they make they could at least hire American. I have requested a supervisor several times and habit heard from one yet. The transaction I am trying do do should take five minutes and I am on my third day. I was just put on an indefinite hold again until the phone hangs up and when you call back it is a 2 hour hold each time.

I need some to contact me for my refund, I don't longer want to travel!! I bought a package for our dream birthday vacation to my husband for his 50th birthday and since the pandemic everything was shut down but the hotel opened and when I called to book my trip they said that Travelocy needs to activate my booking but when I called Travelocy customer service are from foreign countries and they lied every time and they don't keep they promised that they will call me back and it had been 2 years since we bought the package and as right now No one has been kind to result our situation...

This is my first time to use Travelocity . It doesnt look the company has a great customer service at all not by phone call either live chat . I didnt get my answer by the live chats because they sent a link to charge for answer . I never seen any place to get charge by credit cards to get answer. Anyway, this is my last time to use Trovelocity to book the hotel & flight

Question about using travel credit

Book directly The representative was nice however after 45 minutes on the phone and being placed on hold 3 different times i still couldn't get a price quote. I had to call multiple times and was finally able to circumvent the system by touching different options on my keypad. Their system ibook directly through the airline. s set up to avoid personally dealing with customers. I ended up eating a $305.50 credit.

1 year of calling - no resolution

I have been calling for a year, due to covid my vacation package was canceled. I called the airlines, they told me I have to contract Travelocity to make reservations or changes. 2 hours on hold, and the representative (who I could barely understand) hung up on me. This is not uncommon, most agents have no accountability, no supervisor, no knowledge of their own system. Always the run around. I have been a loyal customer since 1999, and this is the reward I get.

Rebooking due to covid 19

Travelocity - Rebooking due to covid 19
my flight was canceled by air line. Japan Air due to covid 19 to Bangkok, Thailand June 2020, was told i was credited my flight , by Japan Air , and booking agent Travelocity. was told we have you covered you don't have to do anything. I have all my paper work that was sent to me by both. Thailand just reopened as of November 1,2021, So went to rebook my flights which i already paid for the flights. and insurance for the flights, paid $3,000.00 about !!!. Went on line to rebook tickets for flight on November 29, 2021. Spent over 3 1/2 hours on line with Travelocity
