Travelocity - Ever upset regarding my hotel room OMG

OMG this room has cockroachs all over the microwave is nasty the toilet bowl is not clean, I am very dissatisfied with the this hotel. I do not have a vehicle to leave and go to another place,but I refuse to shower here there are flies all over this room very annoying, I would like a full REFUND I took pictures. I am done

Travelocity - To cancel a reservation

The hotel was so dirty and filhty on the outside, i asked fir an escort. Once i saw the room could not stay for my personal safety. I must cancel my reservations. In addition, i can not get in touch with travelocity, the 800 number is invalid. Please help me! Angry

Travelocity - Rental vehicle damage coverage.

Details
I purchased the additional rental vehicle damage coverage through Travelocity. When I returned the car they found some minor damage. Alamo didn’t accept the third party coverage. I had to file through my Insurance coverage anyway. When I contacted Travelocity they referred me to the third party insurance company. Still attempting to file a claim with them. If they do eventually cover the damage the trouble is not worth it. I would never purchase it again.

Travelocity - Awful awful and will never use them again

Booked a trip to the DR, along with travel insurance due to in laws failing health. We had to cancel, not due to in laws illness, but due to dozens of mysterious illness and deaths in the DR. They would not refund the full trip, stating the airline overruled the insurance. Fine - changed destinations. Spent 5.5 hours the first time, 3 hours the 2nd call. Travelocity messed up the names. Will not help to change them. I'm on call 3, hour 2.5 right now trying to get someone to help change the names. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They will not correct their mistake and keep telling me that the name doesn't matter. I just NEED HELP!! I'm on the *** of tears trying to correct this stupid trip and this stupid mistake. NO ONE WILL HELP!!!

Travelocity - Our go-to travel agent

We have used them for decades and have always been very happy. Recently they weren't showing all flights to a destination, so we tried eDreams (eNightmares). We will never go back there again. When an airline cancelled their flight, eDreams would only refund the wholesale cost of the ticket. They kept the profits and administration fees, even though it was not our fault! With Travelocity, we ordered a flight, and then noticed that the date was wrong. My mistake. I called their CSR. She was kind and friendly. She stuck with us right up until the cancelation notice showed in my e-mailbox. Thereafter I was able to re-book on the correct date. Travelocity is always on the top for our travel needs. Thank you!
