You charge me $30 and $20 $50 total for services I didn't get do the Coronavirus my plane was canceled three times I didn't use your services only one time at a charge of $30 which I understand and I paid I think you should work with a customer during times like this all the other companies are and businesses

Travelocity - Their failure to refund my flight

Due to Civid 19 and my husbands high risk to travel, I requested a refund of our flight. They refuse to refund our flight cost but have no problem changing the flight multiple times and canceling the price match. It is obvious their bottom line is more important than peoples lives

Booked a trip to UK via Travelocity and purchased trip insurance. Due to COVID-19 concerns i wanted to cancel. Beginning approximately 3 1/2 weeks before departure i started calling. Each time my call was disconnected at the 50 minutes mark. Attempted to do virtual chat system always had problems. Attempted to cancel with British Airways but they referred my back to Travelocity. 3 days before departure i see the app will let me cancel so i cancel. Day of departure the flights now say departing. Wow what a nightmare. I will never ever use horrendous service again!!!

Booked flights and hotels for trip in August 2020. Cruise canceled due to covid 19 flights grounded no refund lost $1600.00. If you call and actually get to speak to someone this is how it goes. Can i put you on hold so i can check this out?? 54 minutes later call is dropped. Happened 3 times now almost like clockwork at the 50 minute mark call dropped. They will not refund any money..this is a horrible business practice. i willl NEVER use this company again and i will continue to share my experience with everyone i speak with. Deborah Palmer a

I had a same experience with them years ago. Trip cancelled due to no fault of mine and lost deposits.

I booked a flight in January that was to fly from Miami to Atlanta and then from Atlanta to London o and then from London to Paris August 15th ,2020. When check my flight details the flight from miami to Atlanta and then from Atlanta to London was cancelled , however my flight from London to Paris remained. I have been unable to contct anyone from Travelocity about this, The only thing I am getting is to conatct then 72hrs before flight time. But what about my flight from miami to atlanta and then london to miami

Travelocity - Customer Service/Refund Issue

I had a bowling tournament in Kentucky set for July 2020. I booked a flight/hotel via Travelocity and I have paid for it already. Due to Coronavirus the event has been cancelled..I tried for days and days to get a customer service person on the phone, yesterday I was on hold for 2 hours and line went dead, I was forced to use their "Chat" on-line service but when you ask a question you don't get the answer to that question..it's a robot and it just keep looping weird answers. Now that my wife is laid off due the the virus, I might be off soon as well, we could use our refund to help with bills. Don't understand why during a health crisis Travelocity couldn't be more understanding.D

Travelocity - No customer suppot for last 20 days

Flights were suspended on February 2nd, 2020. Travelocity claimed not to know of this. That was the last I have heard from then until today March 29th, 2020. My flight was for March 27th. I already arranged a refund through Delta because none of the refund or cancel links on Travelocity's web page were working. Now Travelocity is trying to issue me a credit after I have worked out a refund.

User's recommendation: Don't ever use, they lie and costumer support is anything but.

I have been trying to reach customer support since March 12 to canceled a trip with them for March 15... I still have not been able to talk to a single sole. They have the robot chat but all it does is send you to customer support who doesn't answer the phone
