He comprado los tickets el 17/8/2019 y por motivo de COVID-19 y cierre de fronteras entre Argentina y Brasil, que aun hoy están cerradas, no he podido viajar. En mis reclamos anteriores he solicitado la extensión del crédito que tengo con Gol Lineas Aéreas y se me ha dicho que expira el próximo 17/08/2020. Comunicándome con la compañía aérea Gol me han dicho que ellos estarían dispuestos a extender el plazo de los tickets pero que este tramite solo lo puede efectuar Travelocity ya que ellos vendieron y posteriormente cancelaron la reserva. Por lo tanto les solicito gestionen la extensión de los tickets para cualquier fecha del 2021, aún en caso de que haya que abonar alguna diferencia. Quedo a la espera de una solución definitiva de mi problema ya que no soy responsable de no poder viajar por la Pandemia Coronavirus. Cancelled flights

Travelocity - Cancelled flights
I booked flights on Air Canada through Travelocity. The flights were cancelled by Air Canada due to Covid-19. I was NEVER notified of the cancelled flights by Air Canada or by Travelocity. I discovered it by accident when I went to put in my passport number and the flights were marked Cancelled. Travelocity has been totally unresponsive as far as refunding my more than $1300. I have communicated with Air Canada who gave written me that Travelocity need to issue the refund that is required when requested under the DOT order by Secretary Chao on April 3, 2020. Travelocity just simply DO NOT RESPOND

I waited over 45 minutes on your call line to get a question answered and finally hung up. If you're going to have people wait that long, at least give them an opportunity to leave a message and get a return call

Cannot Speak to Any Available Agent!! I tried at least 10 different phone numbers and its all automated! Must go through Website they say!!! WTF???? I just want our Agent from March 2020 to Contact us!!! Worse Travel Agency EVER!!!!!

Hello all, I was sent 3 options to change my returning flight. I chose option number 1 and emailed them back. Option 3 was to cancel not option 1. They cancelled my flight and will hang up on anyone whose flights aren't before May 31, 2020. I have proof of said email.

My Travelocity reservation

I booked a vacation package with Travelocity to Nassau Bahamas on February 17 2020. MY travel was for September 4-8 2020. The trip was for 3 people on two itinerary #'s. 752198****636 and 752198****718. I found out on July 8 2020 that the resort that I was booked at was closed down. I researched further and found out it was shut down on March 25 2020. Travelocity did not inform me of this major change. I called Travelocity to deal with this situation and all I got was grief. They could not give me an answer as to why i wasn't contacted nor could they offer me a complete refund of my vacation package. I have put in over 10 calls to them in the process of 4 or 5 days. I have spoken to many customer reps., supervisors and managers. And the hold time to speed with each party is 39 to 60mins. Every time I reach the manager status we get disconnected. I'm beginning to think this is not in error. I never got a call back so I never got to complete my complaint. It is devastating to think that we would have flown into a foreign country and then found out we had no lodging. Where is the accountability on the part of Travelocity? What I've had to endure with Travelocity is unacceptable. If I was notified in March of the resort closing I'd have plenty of time to seek out a new vacation plan. Now it is too late for that. And I did not get refunded for my flight with JetBlue. Please take the necessary measures to correct this bad handled situation on your part. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank You

Rental car problems

I rented a car through you with thrifty. We are having major car issues and have logged over five hours on hold and are unable to reach anyone with the rental car company! We are now unsafe to drive the car and have no direction from anyone at this company

Jasper Supervisor, Travelocity US Customer Service Team This person above kept me on the phone for almost two hours. Everything he said was an excuse and did not resolve my issue then the phone hung up and he never called backed. Now I have to call back and explain everything all over again. I am very dissatisfied with Travelocity.

Trying to book flight and car

They get a car from an enterprise in downtown Orlando that closes at 5. My flight comes in at 530 and I ended up with no car until the next morning. Slept in airport with no I am sorry
