The same thing is happening to me right now. Was told the refund was sent, and even sent a refund receipt to my email, but the bank does not have it or cannot find it.

It has been a month now, and they said two weeks!!! GRRR

Travelocity - Wrong itinerary

I purchased flight tickets through Travelocity to Nicaragua. The itinerary ticket had the wrong return date. My husband was supposed to fly back Thursday 06/28, in fact the return flight was Wednesday 6/27. I had purchased flight insurance so no problem right. No one will take responsibility for the mistakes costing almost $1000 extra to fly my husband back so that he can restart work.

Normally the insurance only covers illness or death. In the future, be sure to ask what are the reasons one could cancel and receive their monies back.I had two friends who had to cancel trips, both for illness of themselves or a family member and they had no problem with cancellation.
