- More people are going, so I must buy tickets elsewhere.

I bought airplane tickets but more people is going and now I have to buy from multiple places. We wont be at the place I thought full change of plans I hope that I can reach someone to help. I am trying to call and is not working, but I am being told right away, I dont have to wait and get disconnected

- Few options to speak with a human to resolve trip issues.
- You make your own reservation and resolve issues with no customer service.
There are virtually no options to speak with a "human" to resolve issues related to your planned trip. Essentially, you make your own reservation and resolve issues related to your reservation, on your own. There is no service in "customer service."

- The $401 credit can't be used.
- Travelocity won't release the credit to Southwest and asks for $105 more on a $367 flight.
Travelocity would not let me use the flight credit for the flight I wanted that cost less than my credit and wanted me to pay over $100 on top of using my credit. Why should I have had to pay more when my credit covered the cost of the flight. So then I just asked for a refund after 3 hours of nothing getting resolved.
Couldn't use my credit from my account. I called the airline, who said Travelocity needed to release the credit to them in order for me to use it.
Travelocity doesn't want to release the credit. I told them the flight I wanted, and it is $367. My credit is for $401.
Travelocity wants me to pay $105 more for a flight that is less than my credit and won't release my credit to Southwest. Ridiculous and shady business.

Flight voucher information needed
- Unable to access an airline voucher.
- Reps say they can't help without the itinerary number I need.
I have an airline voucher that i cannot access. I have attempted to call several times while signed in to the Travelocity website.
I have been told several times that Travelocity reps can't help me with this situation as i don't have my itinerary #. This is the very information that i am calling to obtain.
User's recommendation: Be very wary of booking with Travelocity as they do nothing to help after they have taken your money!
Airlines said to call
Nobody answered the phone. Said they were having issues .
So customer service is horrible. Stay away and just book with airlines.

Missed ground transportation due to plane delay
Cannot get through on the phone to a customer service person to help resolve my travel issues. I need help to resolve this issue.

Travelocity cancelled my seats and blamed the airlines. I had to pay for the seats again after I had already paid once.
I echo the stories that are already on here and only add to the bad press for the agency. It's sad because I have used them since they started in 1996. I have had a few issues out of them and just wrote them off as bad communication on my part. This time was different.
I had proof of my entire transaction and they still talked over me while I tried to explain what happened and they could have cared less. "Kevin" was an arrogant POS and his associates were just as clueless and rude. I guess the language barrier was based more in corporate directing the customer service team to divisively ignore all questions and dispute all answers. They blames the airline and the airline blamed them.
What a *** show.
I'm done with them. Absolutely zero customer service.

Double charge
They charged my credit card for the reservation, and the hotel also charged. Their support line doesn't pick up.

- Airfare refunds aren't possible; tickets booked through you; government shutdown prevents rescheduling.
Your company could refund me my airfare as well. You refunded my money for my hotel stay.
You did not refund my money for my airfare and my airfare carrier wont refund me my tickets or let me change them because it was booked through you guys.
This all has to do with the government shut down, and my brother could not get his passport in time. So we just wanted to reschedule our vacation and that is not possible.

I have booked and paid , but have not received any tickets; I have booked Beirut -> Brussels , Brussels Beirut , and only received the Beirut Brussels ticket
Change reservations
No one answered the call. It rang twice and abruptly hung up. I need to make a quick change in reservations, please.
Refund I booked a hotel through you that had no vacancies
- Booked via Travelocity and paid for Super 8; no vacancies after arrival, Travelocity sought alternatives but none in the city; refund pending after two weeks.
I booked a hotel through Travelocity. When I got to the Super 8 motel, there were no vacancies.
I had already paid for the hotel through Travelocity. I got back on the phone with Travelocity, and they tried to find me another hotel, but there were no vacancies anywhere in that city after that night. I called Travelocity for my refund, and they said they had to work it out with the hotel. It's now been two weeks.
I have not received my refund. I don't think Travelocity could have done any better or worse in this situation.

- BA tickets from Tbilisi–Portland: 16/10/26; payment error, no confirmation.
- Refunds for Valeri Repin and Ludmila Gerchikov for 22/10/25.
On 16/10/26, I tried to purchase tickets for a British Airways flight from Tbilisi to Portland and got a payment error; I also did not receive any booking confirmation. I tried this 2 times with the same results.
However, it took my money both times.
I want to get my money back as a refund.
My name is Valeri Repin, and I tried to buy tickets for myself and for my wife, Ludmila Gerchikov, for a flight that was going to be on 22/10/25.

- Photos were misleading and the room was dirty.
- We found bedbugs after sitting on a chair.
- We left and reported the issue to the manager.
Hotel Baymont 901 3rd street Spokane Washington.. pictures were misleading public , had to leave Hotel dirty, filthy, took pictures of the room and Hotel.we got Bedbugs just by sitting on a chair, blood public hair dirty sheets.. didn't stay reported this to Manger in charge!
