I just needed a refund on my flight and car rental. But I could never get a live person on the phone and after several attempts and long hold times Id finally get someone on the line just to hang up in my face by the time I said hello the person on the other line was gone. After 5 days and hours wasted, I gave up. I understand customer service agents are exhausted and customers are pissed but we all have to work together to resolve the issues. Travelocity - Left with no help in colombia with out a flight cancellation email

It is a disgrace how travelocity and avianca never notified me of cancellation of flight knowing i only had 48 hours to change date or look for other options before colombia closed its borders for 30 days. And after i had paid everything threw travelocity to get back home to my family. I had to buy other airline tickets to finally get back home to my children. Every time time i called travelocity for hours when i was finally able to get someone after hours on hold they would disconnect. I was treated like garbage or a second class American. I am from Puerto Rico and a American citizen not a stupid spick. And when i booked with my MasterCard i was a good enough customer.

Due to the current corona virus and we are seniors with compromising health conditions, we would like to cancel our trip that is scheduled in April. When things improve we will reschedule I did purchase the cancellation insurance. Please advise me how to do this and get a refund

I booked a flight before covid 19 really became such a threat to our country. I would like to cancel my flight and am asking for it to be refunded back to my credit card (Alaska air refunded me fully for the same issue) Im trying to do my part to keep my country safe!
