Travelocity - Poor customer service..

I have airline credit. Book a trip for 3 of us.

My son and I each have a credit for 102 dollars a piece. I book the trip. Coming out to a total of 1,001. Amazing great price!!

Wirh my discount ...we only have too pay 800..thats fantastic! Very happy. Then it says I have to call to use tue credit. I call, diart it take me 20 mins to get someone, ok no biggie, then he barely speaks english.

Which makes expalining what i want difficult. But, ok whatever. Now I ha e been on the call for about 40 mins. He transfers me to woman named Michael..ahe also, is tough to understand.

Now she says she is going to rebook the same flights for my son and I. Then use the credits. Ok cool we go iver the details. Same flights literally booked 45 mins later..she comes back now I am on this call 1 hour..she tells me t9 rebbok the same tickets..it will cost 680 dollars a piece???

I literally juat paid 1001..for 3 tickets! I was mad. I said keep your airline credit. I asked her to please explain to me how these tickets doubled...in 45 mins??

Now, I cant use my airline credits...granted its only 204 dollars but still...that ahould be applied to my trip. Can somebody please help me? We are good customers and have used your website many times.

My credit ezpire on the 31st. Let me know hiw we can resolve this.

I had a stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The complaint is for the condition of our room.

I also have a complaint about my upcoming reservations, cruise and booking transfers.

The message that I sent to the hotel in San Juan.

Good Morning, Thank you for all of your care.

Please have a manager view my string and this message.

In today's day of Covid, I was grossed out by the condition of our room. Cleanliness is very important. On the floor in our room we're security items from a clothing store, not ours. The room had a very musty smell.

The desk chair is broken. The grossest part, I saw it this morning. There is a hand print on the headboard of the bed.

Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!

We like the location of the hotel, but you must have higher standards. For the money people deserve better.

I tried to buy another ticket 3 hours ago and have not gotten a confirmation.

I booked a roundtrip flight from Boston to Venice, Italy. I got an email confirming my trip. Under the section labeled Venice to Boston, they only showed Venice to London. I called and left a number to call me back which they did. They admitted that the London to Boston leg had been lost. They would not fix it. The representative only offered a refund, but then I would have to buy a new ticket for $100 more.

I canceled a trip and found a discrepancy of my refund amount. Your phone system customer service is torture. It took two days and hours of my time. As a long time customer I'm horrified at what Travelocity has become. You do not show any email address for customer service, who knows if anyone will read this? Recently stayed at Singular Joy Hotel in Playa del Carmen. 11/17-11/20. Beautiful facility. Great location. However, the people working the front desk are very arrogant . Would not answer questions, dad no direct phone to hotel, offered no assistance to help with an issue I had. They only stared at their cell phones.. Rooftop bartender was also rude.. very *** Will not stay there again..

I made a reservation to DC for the 14th, then had to change it to the 20th. It was kept on hold for several days, and I could not get anyone to help me. I finally got a call back and was told it was fixed. Today, I get an email telling me how to get ready for my trip tomorrow! Then, it shows I have 2 flights on the 20th, and not one. We arrived to our destination , had 2 rms reserved and pd for and they said the did not have my parents (80 yrs old) room and refused us because I had a service animal. So there we were with no where to say and the kept our money. Would not give us a refund. Why did the charge us if they didn't have a reservation

Hotel had lot lizards, homeless, and drug users sleeping on beds in the front of the hotel. Doors were missing from multiple rooms, glass broken from windows.. Not safe to stay there. Had to get a payday loan to afford another room for the night. Customer service was no help, and didn't even know I booked through travelocity. Sat on hold for four hours. something has to be done. The pictures on the app are nothing like the actual location. That's false advertisement.

Travelocity is the absolute worst agency ever! You can never reach a live agent. I dialed the 855 number they have listed and was told there was a 2 hour wait. I tried the live chat option, no agents available. I was issued a travel credit from a cancelled booking and apparently the only way to use it is by booking with a live agent. Kind of tough to do when there's never one available. I'm done with TravelocityUse a UseUse

Good day; I'm writing to let you know the improper handling of my trip by Travelocity. I booked a trip through the website with travel insurance and later called to change the departure date.

When I tried calling on Thursday, June 3, 2021, I was either on hold or speaking to 3 customer service agents for over 5 hours to get my request resolved. During my third call back from Ashish (602) 466-****, he explained he made an error in my booking to extend my travel from July 1st to 3rd without confirmation from the airline on the previous change. On the last call back, he had United Airline on the call, and due to the change, there was a $45 per person additional charge to complete. I already purchased an additional hotel stay through Travelocity and did not want to disappoint my fiancee further, so I paid the amount.

He informed me the new itinerary would be in my mail. The total time waiting was over 2 hours for this transaction. When I looked at the itinerary this morning, there was no change but a $90 charge from United. I gave a call back to Travelocity and spoke with AG.

When he checked the system, there was no record of the call, and the itinerary had no change. I asked to speak with a supervisor and am waiting for another callback.

Can you please help get to the bottom of this and help get this resolved correctly. I also purchased the travel insurance but felt this was a aawastedexpense as well.

I purchased 5 tickets on Monday and saw we had made an error with the purchase returning on the 7th of July and immediately called to change the return flight....or attempted. The first call hold time was 8hours and 45mins with the option to enter my phone number, in which I did for a call back. No call back to date! I started emailing and sending communications to Travelocity to alert them of what was going on 2 times I left my number for a call back to change the return date and no one called back. But wow!!! I get a response AFTER the 24 hour mark for the CSR to tell me its too late to change the ticket. Now, if your department did not return calls nor respond to Facebook or the Travelocity app, HOW IS IT MY FAULT???? We as a company produce comedy shows working mostly with disabled vets....we do fair business and it is all I am asking in return. Make me whole by changing the tickets return date since I attempted to do this 3 times, well within my 24 hour grace period. FAIR? Thank you for your immediate response. I have all the communications with the date stamps, before I go to social media, it is only fair that you are made aware of what is really happening. 8:42 hold time (thats hours!!!) 8:45 hold time (hours NOT minutes) 10:32 hold time (HOURS!!!) How is this even acceptable? Please respond so I can share with you all the non correspondences from your organization.

Preferred solution: Change the date of the return flight since I was within the 24 hour period. Travelocity staff was not available until after the 24 hour mark. Very suspect indeed.
