I made two different reservations one for a hotel all inclusive and one for the flights, 7202938490820 and 7202940929593 and called on 08/09/2016 to let them know that amount went down a hundred dollars a day. They wanted to put me through the ringer, sitting on the phone for hours at a time with nonsense people who did not speak English fluently. I asked them to slow down because I could not hear them. So I spoke to a Corporate office customer support in Nevada, Mike and he verified that I would be fully refunded for all fees, charges for the flights. I also asked him if there was going to be charges for the hotel, he said no because you were going to pay when you get there. Now I get an email they are charging me 498.80 for the room, that is why I verified with Mike before canceling. Mike asked if I wanted to cancel the hotel, I said no not until I know that the flights will be of no charge as well. You need to take this off my account and I am not paying anything, that is why I called and sat on the phone for over 2 hours to make sure. I will not be paying anything for services that were not rendered. The fact is that your employees do not know what they are saying and or talking about when speaking to customers. I told them since they will not give me the lower amount I would be canceling as long as there are no fees associated with this. Mike assured there will not be and if charged to my account this will be disputed and rectified. I will never use Travelocity or any affiliates of your company EVER. I would like a timely response so I am able to book my vacation through someone else, Mike was also notified of this, I am not going to spend my money paying fees for canceling when your corporate associate assured me there would be no fees for canceling both items.
