I am shocked at how this company handled the whole Corona virus situation. All US employor's are mandating that their employee's do not travel or subject to no pay 14 day self-quarantine.

Travelocity knows of all of the issues concerning this virus and will not answer any of the customer calls. Experiencing technical difficulty recording has been on their phones for weeks or if you do happen to get through by chance, wait on hold for an hour and then the representatives answer the phone and do not say anything, just have you waiting or they disconnect you right when they answer. I actually had a rep tell me I have not heard of anything with the Corona virus but one moment while I check and had me on hold and then came on the phone right away and said he could not hear me.

Mind you I hung and call my husband and he could hear me just fine. If you go on 'facebook/Travelocity' you will see countless compliant of how they are treating multiple customers during this time.

Monetary Loss: $4000.
