My contract project was postponed for a week and I canceled my reservation 24 hr. in advance. GUESS WHAT!!!!!

The crooks at Travelocity charged me for one night as I didn't cancel under their terms. I never had this happen before when I booked directly with a motel before and didn't expect it with TRAVELOCITY.

I contacted TRAVELOCITY and told them that this sucked as it was beyond my control and did in good faith cancel 24 hr. prior to the reservation. Guess what -- the *** still haven't credited me and looks doubtful that they will ever.

I later booked a room directly with the same motel for the same project when it did finally go and eneded up with a $5.00 lower rate than what TRAVELOCITY was giving me the first time.
