They have the worst customer service.It is completely inflexible, it's in India and the representative booked me on the wrong flight.

They refused to correct it without a fee. I had been on hold 35 mins and when the rep said he was transferring me I said "will I be on hold another 30 mins?". He said it was a direct transfer. It's been 30 mins now.

Seriously don't do it, just book through Jetblue- real humans in the USA you can speak to within 10 mins.

I can't go into too much detail here as I am too angry.*** travelocity.

I just had an hour long conversation with "James" where i got the run around then finally spoke to a supervisor who told me she would "educate" me on buying tickets and then hung up on me.
