I am on hold with Travelocity again (3rd person today) because they have not issued a ticket for me.I have an electronic receipt that says the ticket has been issued but they are telling me it hasn't been booked.

I can barely understand anyone that I speak to over the phone and all they do is put me on hold while they "research" what is going on. I spent about 1.5 hours on the phone last week to reissue a ticket and thought this was all taken care of, but apparently they want to charge me more money to mail the tickets and use fedex in the process. Still on hold. I will NEVER go through them again.

I think it is worth the extra cash to go directly through the airlines.

Monetary Loss: $561.
