I, too have been given the run around by Travelocity!
On the day I was to fly from Evansville IN to OKC, I was admitted to the hospital for a possible stroke. My daughter was on the phone with an extremely rude customer service person while I was being admitted through the ER. Meanwhile, I received an email telling me my flight was delayed ! My daughter kept telling her CSR, the situation as this person questioned why I couldn't make the flight ! Finally my daughter said, well I guess my Mother could not follow her doctor's orders and get on the plane and die of a STROKE ! At which point my family would sue Travelocity for forcing me fly when I needed to be in the hospital.
This situation is still not resolved and I am trying to have my ticket insurance reinstate my ticket so I can meet my first great grandson for the first time.
I will NEVER use Travelocity again !!
