My wife is sitting on the phone waiting for a Manager, from Travelocity, to come on the line and explain where our already approved refund is! This all started on June 30, 2018 and as of 8/7/18, no refund.

It was promised, 10 days ago to be refunded back to our bank. Where can we go with this to get some action. The refund is for $907.50. At first she was referred to the airlines for a refund and was referred back to Travelocity.

There have been 7 phone calls to the airlines and to Travelocity. Each time, customer service reps and supervisors were polite, but also lied to her about what was going to happen. She is now awaiting a Manager to come on the line.

Don't really expect much. This company is very disreputable!

The same thing is happening to me right now. Was told the refund was sent, and even sent a refund receipt to my email, but the bank does not have it or cannot find it.

It has been a month now, and they said two weeks!!! GRRR
