Our trip to Scotland was cancelled in April due to Corona virus. We were issued a refund from our hotel which we received promptly.

We were issued ecredit by Delta. Delta states that to use our ecredit we have to book through Travelocity because that was our original booking. We would now like to change our trip and go to Costa Rica in the winter when hopefully coronavirus will be better controlled. Travelocity seems unable to accomplish getting us a flight.

My husband talked to five people last night. Was on hold a total of over 5 hours. His call was disconnected (hung up on?) 4 of those times and we still don't have a flight and are no closer than we were.

I have found flights on the Delta website but we are unable to book on Delta.com because our original trip was booked through Travelocity. Travelocity has no method to redeem our ecredit on their website and clearly their customer service reps are incapable of booking a flight

User's recommendation: Just don't do it!!!!

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Travelocity Pros: Compare multiple airlines and hotels in one place.

Travelocity Cons: Reps do not seem to know what they are doing.
