How can I get my ticket costs refunded

I bought tickets through Travelocity on Oman Air (Dubai-Muscat) returning on Flydubai. Both airlines canceled their flights for June 15 and 22 respectively.

Both told me that since the airline canceled the flights a full refund is authorized even for nonrefundable tickets due to COVID-19. Travelocity refuses and says 'the airlines only offer a future travel credit' which is a complete lie. I have spoken multiple times to the Oman Air office in NY and received 2 confirming emails from Oman Air that a refund is authorized. I have spoken to no less than 7 Travelocity agents and some have offered to pursue this, others simply deny refunds can happen.

A complete waste of time. I have emailed their corporate office and DOT.

No response. Help!

According to the Travelocity help section, you can cancel your flight with no penalty and receive a full refund or a credit with the airline that can be redeemed for future travel. You may cancel the flight online from My Trips at travelocity.com/trips. You may also try to cancel with the airline directly. To do this you will need the airline confirmation number from My Trips and the name of the traveller. You may also try to share your feedback with the Travelocity top management via the company's social networks.

According to the Travelocity FAQ page, because of a large number of cancellation requests, refunds may take longer than usual:
  • If you booked a hotel, car, or activity, it may take up to 30 days to receive your refund;
  • For flights, most refunds are issued within 8 weeks. Some refunds could take a bit longer, depending on the airline;
  • For packages, refunds for the hotel, car, or activity portion may take up to 30 days. The flight portion could take 8 weeks or longer.

You may track your refund status using the Trip Help option on the company website. It is necessary to select your itinerary from the drop-down menu to check out full details.

Travelocity’s cancellation policy for hotels is outlined on the Travelocity FAQ pages. To cancel a hotel room through Travelocity, you will need to sign in to your account on the website and then change or cancel your booking through Manage Booking.
In some cases, you may not be able to change or cancel the booking if you are past the individual vendor’s cancellation deadline or you used a special rate like the Travelocity Unpublished Rate.

WHY AM I STILL GETTING EMAILS AFTER IVE UNSUBSCRIBED MULTIPLE TIME.

Can’t even talk to a real person on Travelocity about it. You just get a “virtual agent” that’s no help at all. They won’t connect you to anyone.

How can I speak with a human about double charges?

I reserved a hotel back in June and was charged for the room that day June 25. When I arrived at the hotel they only asked for my ID. And yet when I received my bill I was charged by them as well even thou they didn't have my acct information....how is that even possible?
