Give me wrong room not oven front
I booked the room ocean front room but they give me only ocean view and when I orgue they give me bigger room but still not oven front I am very upset their front desk manager I do not know what to do

Your automated phone and chat system is horrible. I did not have an itinerary number or last 4 d8gits of card because the incident happened in 2020.
I have booked a cruise through your website for MSC cruises on ship Mergavalia in 2020. Because of covid MSC canceled the cruise. I received an email from MSC today about a refund for canceled cruise and to contact them. So I spoke with an agent from MSC and she said because I booked through Travelocity for cruise I would need to speak with agent to have Travelocity call MSC to work out the details so I would receive a refund.
The agent I spoke with from Travelocity said the only way for it to be resolved is to rebook the cruise with MSC cruises and pay Travelocity $1600.00 then I would get a refund. I don't understand why I should have to pay anything. The refund is coming from MSC. I told the agent that i received an email from MSC and she said that Travelocity also received the same email.
I will never do business with Travelocity again. Your customer service and the way you do business is wrong and uncaring to your client.

Unknown charge. It's nearly impossible to reach customer service.
Their communication is horrible.
Travelocity makes it extremely difficult to resolve issues. I recommend finding a different company that offers honest, easy resolutions to issues and has a customer service department that you can contact!

We booked 2 rooms in Las Vegas through Travelocity. We booked 2 King bed rooms.
Not only were the rooms not next to each other, but Travelocity booked us "whatever they had" rooms, meaning we got 2 rooms with full size beds, not even Queens, but fulls. We told the hotel we booked King bed rooms and we were told that Travelocity booked "Run of the House" rooms, where you get whatever they had.
Preferred solution: Move us to King rooms that are together.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. BBB made them to return my money back. Although I could not dispute the charges with my credit card company and bank cause 60 days have passed by, BBB, Attorney General and Consumer Protection made them return me my money in full!!.
I reported them to NY attorney general and BBB in Texas, where Travelocity is located and BBB made them give all my money back!!!. I talked to Travelocity on 1/9/24 and they contacted the Hotel Primavera manager and he refused to return my money or so it said Travelocity,(they said we are sorry that the hotel manager refused to return your money back because they have a very strict policy if you don't cancel your reservations 3 days before the check in day you won't get your money back), but Travelocity changed their mind because I reported them to the right agencies that defend us the customers and don't allow them to steal our money.
They also knew that I would sue them in small claims court because I told them.
So I advice anyone who had encounter a similar problem to report them to BBB. I tried to dispute the charges with my credit card and bank but 60 days had passed already, but for BBB and Attorney General and Consumer Protection there is nothing impossible!!!
I called Travelocity and they will respond to me in 3 days cause they want to contact the property manager why they were not there on 12/17/23 and I couldn't check it. They were supposed to be there until 9pm or given me instructions or the pin combination to unlock my rooms doors and they didn't and they want to keep my money? No way
It was not my fault. You can't steal/keep my money.
I have complained to Attorney General, my bank and more. You are a fraud

Because I paid for my flight to be changed and it never was. So, I'm suggesting you're going to be paying for my hotel and my flight. You better be calling me; we're not doing it this way.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Complaining to BBB, Attorney General and Consumers Protection.
BBB made them return me my money back.
Travelocity tried to trick me blaming the hotel manager for not wanting to give me my money back cause I didn't cancel the reservation 3 days before, but it wasn't my fault that the hotel front door was locked and no staff present when I went to check in. So Travelocity was lying to me because how come they returned me the money as soon as BBB contacted them?
I paid $305 per two rooms and hotel were closed when I got there and they kept my money and never answered me back.

We booked on Spirit Airlines from Fort Myers to Atlanta through Detroit (flights NK370/NK969) on June 22, 2024. Our connecting flight from Detroit to Atlanta was cancelled.
We were headed to Birmingham for an event on June 23, 2024, and we had reserved a car through Travelocity on June 22, 2024, to pick up when we arrived in Atlanta and drive to Birmingham. When the flight was cancelled, we cancelled our car rental, but the insurance was not cancelled. We booked a flight the following morning to Nashville and booked a car rental to drive to Birmingham from Nashville (the only way we could get to the event on time; Travelocity itinerary: 728603****5690) and, again, paid for the insurance through Travelocity. Both premiums were paid but the first should have been cancelled with the car rental - it was not.
I will know in the future not to use Travelocity for car rentals. I did not realize the insurance was through Travelocity and not the car rental company. Additionally, the first insurance premium was for two days and should have only been one day since we were only planning to have the car for a few hours to drive from one airport to the other. The refund is only $24 but should have been cancelled with the car rental.
Because the itinerary was cancelled, I cannot find it on the Travelocity site even when I log in to travelocity.com. You can respond to barryeh@***.net or pharmdoc89@***.com.

Still Awaiting for a Travelocity Customer service agent (human not a bot) to try this serious Matter ...
They gave me a number that does not exist and to which I called in Order to get instructions for Arrival AND Pay them directly a small balance that was to be paíd at Ck-in. When I called several times to that Italy phone # and noticed it was unexisting due to the Vodafone recorded message in Italian saying the hotel contact number I was calling Is an unexisting number, I felt the provider was much unreliable so I immediately contacted Travelocity thru the only means their Customer Service web page gives customers = a bot chat (previously of cancelling) I selected the cancel reservation option that Travelocity bot chat offered me because their provider contact # Is unexisting. Not for anyother REASON. Travelocity chat doesnt gave me Another alternate nor additional number either, because they dont have it.
Travelocity sent me an unexisting provider number, AND charged me $471.25 (NOT the "Ghost" hotel). So it Is Travelocity who have to solve the customer loss. I Please Travelocity to be honest and reimburse ME my 100% payment of $471.25 for a misleading Advertising, sale and charging for a "ghost hotel" that they promote and sell or grant me a $471.25 crèdit -or even at least offering to revert the unfortunate cancelation at The Maisonette in Rome and I personally Would have gone there the same Nov 16 afternoon to the provider's allegate address and claim them directly and stay there just to consume my payment. But Travelocity didn't do nor give me a substitute phone number.
Since TraveloCity doesn't have an additional contact phone number and they either give me any Other solution I claim them to either reimburse the full payment due that your email and advertising is midleading while containing an unexisting contact provider info or grant me a credit for the Money they received (not the hotel). Travelocity does not have an alternate contact provider number for that Hotel they sell so they must understsnd my cancelation was made FOR THAT REASON NOT FOR desire. At the time I wrote this I was in Paris Orly airport fliying to Rome AND Yet I Did not have a hotel there. Travelocity needs to solve this odd Situation I am giving them suggestions but they font answer.
I please Travelocity yo understand that the product the sold me is a fake product until customer is unable de to contact a provider thru the means Travelocity gave their customer (me). I booked my vacation months in advance. The day we arrived at the hotel, we were told they couldn't find our reservation because Travelocity never sent it over.
We had to wait over an hour for a room. The room we got didn't have enough beds so we had to use the cot. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone at Travelocity because their system is down. The line just hangs up.
I will never book again through there. This is unacceptable.
I would really appreciate a call back regarding this matter. If you're going to book through Travelocity, I suggest you call before traveling to confirm all your reservations.

We booked a room in St. Augustine, FL through you for $176.
We checked in, gave them my card, and they also charged me, which they refunded back to my bank: $143. I thought we were getting a better price.
Turns out, we should have booked on our own. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, Vincent Starling.
