No one at travelocity to help resolve my issue
- Flight delayed 3 hours, missed Chicago connection; rebooked on British Airways; Madrid arrival, no Alicante boarding pass; rental car deposit lost.
My first flight was delayed by three hours which made it impossible for me to make my next connecting flight in Chicago. So my flight was changed by American Airlines to a different air carrier, (British Airways).
That flight arrived in London too late to make my final connecting flight from Madrid to Alicante, so I had to spend the night sleeping on a bench in Madrid waiting for the next flight out to Alicante. In addition to all this, American Airlines didn't give me a boarding pass for my flight to Alicante.
Because of all the delays and because I couldn't get anyone from travelocity to respond to me in time, I loss my rental car reservation and deposit. I wish you guys were there when I needed your help.

It is hard to get your refund back.
Was never informed I needed another flight to leave the Philippines within 30 days of arrival. I was trying to board a flight on Korean Airlines on 3/10/26.
They did not allow me to board it.
I am demanding a refund from Travelocity or a rescheduled flight to the Philippines. I will purchase another flight to leave the Philippines in 29 days to Bangkok, Thailand.

I was making a reservation on the Sheraton website. My reservation came up on Travelocity.
The travel insurance guy was Expedia and only handles Expedia. I wanted to change the date because I made a mistake. I don't know how I went from Sheraton to Travelocity to Expedia. Had I stayed on the Sheraton webpage, I could have easily made the changes.
Now I'm apparently stuck with the payment for a reservation I can't use.
Your website is aptly named. I still don't know who to contact to cancel.

Find out the restrictions about going to a country to retire there for a long time, like the rest of your life. I needed a return/exit flight that i will never use because i do not to leave my son and his mother ever again.
Got kicked off the flight in Las Vegas because did not have a return flight only one way to retire in the Philippines forever.

There are virtually no options to speak with a "human" to resolve issues related to your planned trip. Essentially, you make your own reservation and resolve issues related to your reservation, on your own. There is no service in "customer service."

- The $401 credit can't be used.
- Travelocity won't release the credit to Southwest and asks for $105 more on a $367 flight.
Travelocity would not let me use the flight credit for the flight I wanted that cost less than my credit and wanted me to pay over $100 on top of using my credit. Why should I have had to pay more when my credit covered the cost of the flight. So then I just asked for a refund after 3 hours of nothing getting resolved.
Couldn't use my credit from my account. I called the airline, who said Travelocity needed to release the credit to them in order for me to use it.
Travelocity doesn't want to release the credit. I told them the flight I wanted, and it is $367. My credit is for $401.
Travelocity wants me to pay $105 more for a flight that is less than my credit and won't release my credit to Southwest. Ridiculous and shady business.

Flight voucher information needed

I have an airline voucher that i cannot access. I have attempted to call several times while signed in to the Travelocity website.
I have been told several times that Travelocity reps can't help me with this situation as i don't have my itinerary #. This is the very information that i am calling to obtain.
