Booked a trip in December 2024. First part of the trip was a flight from Paris to London, and then a flight from London to Los Angeles - in July 2025.
Arrive at the check-in gate to find out we are not listed on the first flight. Spent hours on the phone with Travelocity customer service - no solution was provided, only a refund offer. I better receive that refund!
Apparently the flight from Paris to London had been canceled in February, but I was not notified.
I received confirmation emails up to the week before departure. I had to re-book international tickets at the last minute (which were more expensive, with a longer flight time and a different departure date).

Verified ReviewerThey did not disclose the extra fee VRBO would charge for booking through Travelocity, $485.00 to be exact.
Booked a rental home on Travelocity, they state that the price you see, including taxes and fees is the total, no additional hidden fees or cost. I paid $4,100.60 for a 3 night rental in Orange Beach, AL for July 17 - 20th.
2025. Paid my bill on Travelocity website, received confirmation from them, an agency, Alabama Vacation Rentals. Then read and received a separate bill for $485.00. from VRBO because Travelocity is booking for VRBO properties.
This was not disclosed on the page or site at the time.
I tried calling several phone numbers for Travelocity to try and resolve this issue but every number dialed is answered by VRBO reps. telling me I need to call Travelocity.

On March 5th, I booked a room night paid in full to Travelocity and found out I was unable to check in, something about no rooms available. They said they would refund it in full; I am still waiting.

I booked a package deal. During my window to change resorts, I wanted to add a guest.
My current resort couldn't accommodate the additional person, so I had to change resorts. Because of this, I lost my package deal, and that was not stated with Travelocity. I ended up going with another company to book the resort and had to spend a ton more money because I lost the package deal.
No one at Travelocity told me I would lose the package if I canceled. Never will use them again.

Verified ReviewerTheir customer service phone number don't work. The hotel is charging for something that your website described as included.
Hotel manager told me to contact you due to they are charging for something that is not described on your website. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not subcharrge.

There is a $74.02 charge on my United Explorer Visa account which is clearly not mine. It was dated 01/28/2025 which obviously has been way past beyond my monthly billing.
I called United Visa and was told to contact you. Here is the charge number as shown on my account: 730194****044.
Please reverse this charge as it is not mine. Thank you for your attention.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Gave us refund for car rental.
Go to get the car rental and were told I couldn't have the car because it had to be her driver's license to get the car since she paid, etc. Well, she doesn't drive. I spoke to a rep over virtual text, and they said it was fine; I could still rent the car, etc. Well, I went back to the counter and was told no.
We went to Florida to bury my mom's ashes and were already upset about that, and then all this happened with not being allowed a car, etc. We are very pissed and angry about this package deal that we couldn't use. I think this package deal was *** and should have been posted on your site also before putting in a credit card for stuff that you have to be the credit card holder and have a license. We would like to be somehow refunded something for this crap.
We were stuck at the airport for over 3 hours.
I am diabetic and was getting very lightheaded. I had to contact a family member to have them drive back to the airport and upgrade the rental they had, and we had to pay them (family member) $288.00 for the difference in their car rental, which is nuts also.

They are actually the worst company ever. They will steal.your money then lie to.you and the bank. Stay away!!
From start to finish, they were nothing but dishonest. Absolutely despicable.
I would not let my worst enemy use them. Employees are clueless, and policies are not upheld.
They basically tell you what you want to hear to get you to book, and then they don't stand behind their words. If you want them to steal your money, then book with them.

We went to check into the room at the Red Roof Inn, and it actually looked like a crack house. The windows didn't lock, there was no screen on the windows, and the doors didn't have locks.
The security camera had been taken out, and there were people walking around. It wasn't a safe place to stay for the night; we found out after we got there that it wasn't a safe place!!

Change reservation
Flight changed to a day earlier need to cancel last day of hotel reservation on Sat 9th to Fridaythe 8th checkout so amount owed is adjusted
I needed to leave hotel 5 days earlier than planned due to sons health reasons
There was no answer just a loud ding sound and thats it. I am still trying to get a hold of someone.
