Travelocity - NEED TO CANCEL VACATION PACKAGE BECAUSE OF VIRUS

According to dept. of trans. I'm due a refund if I want it. I have to cancel before April 30th.my flight is not until May 31st. Travelocity will not talk to anyone until 10 days before flight. The automatated site will only offer vouchers, that is not what I want. I have no ideal when I might rescedual. I have used several phone #s.can not get passed recordings. This is not service. This is avoiding customers. Should be reported to Department of Transpartation.

Travelocity - Need a monetary refund not points or credits

Our itinerary is 7515692551931 we received a not letting us know that the ticket we purchase was successfully canceled for May 18th yet the other one which is with another air lines returning on June 2nd was not mentioned. Also we were told a credit to be used in aprox one year will be given to us. The ticket was unrefundable however due to the virus situation and our need for money we do not wish to have credits instead we want a full refund to our credit card please. The ticket originally was non refundable however once again due to the Corona Virus we want our credit card fully refunded. Here I am 5/20/20 and nothing is resolved. I have been jerked around by Travelocity to the point when I email them, my emails wind up at hotels.com.Travelocity sent me a link to Singapore Airlines to get a refund.

Travelocity - Can't get a hold of anyone

I had to cancel my Japan and Thailand trip for March 27 due to covid 19. I bought insurance through them for my flights to and from for my friend and I. This travel agency they deal with( or own it looks like) is not refunding the fees for cancelation. Totaling $425 per person. This is outrageous. This is a global pandemic. Also I needed help with trying to get money back instead of credits for the new trip we booked to south America (this was before covid hit so globally) there's so many airlines and I can't get a hold of anyone. Travelocity is supposed to be helping me with these problems being my travel agent!

Travelocity - Refund

Dear travelocity. I have received emails from travelocity denying my claim for a 50% refund on a hotel in Sorrento, Italy. According to my itinerary number 750062138944 I received from travelocity “no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to 50% of the total amount paid for the reservation.” The total was €365.75 and I am owed a refund of 1/2 that amount under your rules. You are required to enforce your rules and return the money owed. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter by refunding the amounts owed. Ellen Katz

Well I called you guys and I reserved a room at the hotel I went to the desk and they said that that they couldn't book me in and so I will try to find out why and I couldn't find nothing out and then they said to call my travel agency and get a refund

Travelocity - Resort refund

Booking number 749 352 918 9954 I booked this place through travelocity. I stayed on night, Became so sick with asthma from all the cigarette smoke i had to leave and seek medical attention. The resort manager spoke with travelocity while i was checking out. I was told that I would receive a full refund less 1 night. That it would 7-10 business days to make the return to my CC I have been calling travelocity since February 12st. Its always the same answer. " I see the pending return, I Will get back to you within 24hrs" The last person to tell me that again was Jacob C. April 6th 4:30PM Wes Martin 406 802 4493

Booked trip to Phillipines $3,100 through Travelocity, airline Cathay Pacific. Cathay Pacific canceled the flight due to travel restrictions. Cathay Pacific emailed me saying I can get a refund, but because I booked through Travelocity I would get it through them....

You charged me $20 or $30 for two vehicles I never got to use because plane flights were cancelled so you over charge me $50 during a bad time of the country and all the other businesses and companies are working with people and you put a customer through a lot to try to get ahold of you and don't give me this that you're busy nobody's traveling

Travelocity - Price match promise canceled?

Hello, I am emailing you as I have received an email stating my price match promise has been canceled due to coronavirus. However, and can't find any information the website stating this would happen and why. I would like to know exactly why as my flight was moved to November and has kept the same itinerary so this doesn't make any sense. I believe that there was no reason for it to be canceled and should have been kept. If needed I can provide a copy of the email and my itinerary number.
