I have cancelled my flight through United OW70KB
I have cancelled my flight confirmation # OW70KB with United. I did it on Saturday the 9th. They are currently processing my refund, so to let you know, I am no longer flying:
Guad to Houston
Houston to Mobile
And return trip.

Refund on flight
- No warning about an exit ticket from the Philippines.
- Could not book an exit flight within 29 days.
- Rebooking added $350 to the original $508 ticket.
Bought a one way ticket to the *** to retire there. Did not know i needed a exit flight to leave the *** within 29 days of arrival.
Could not book a flight fast enough before the flight took off with me and my lougage. Stuck in ***,*** at midnight to rent a car they all wanted to much money to drive to ***,***. So my brother got me a bus ticket to *** that morning until i got paid again from Socail Security Disabilty again 10 days later.
I purchased the flights again and a exit flight out wich i ended up costing an extra $350 more than the original ticket of $508. NO WARNING AT ALL ABOUT AN EXIT TICKET FROM THE *** IN THE BEGINNING.

PRICE CHARGE FOR A LAST NAME CHANGE ON SAME DAY
Had to pay additional $666.66 for a last NAME CORRECTION ON MY TICKET. SO I CAN BOARD.
MY SON & LAW & DAUGHTER WAS BOOKING FLIGHTS TO TN FOR THEMSELVES & 2 CHILDREN 6 & UNDER. ALSO, FOR MYSELF & HUBBY.
IN ERROR SHE PLACED MY LAST LAME AS HER LAST NAME. TRIED TO CORRECT IT BY CALLING. THEY REFUSED.
CHARGED HER ANOTHER $666.66 FOR MY LAST NAME CHANGE TO THE CORRECT NAME. I KNOW TSA WONT ALLOW TO BOARD w/OUT CRT ID.

When I turned up at the airport, the ticket doesn't exist, and I have receipts that say I paid and had a ticket. But the airline has no record of that. So Travelocity.com is complicit in robbing me out of $1,014 without clear communication.

Messed up reservations and nobody picked up phone
Not sure I made reservations and then they got canceled. You have issues at Travelocity when you take my credit card and just cancel reservations.

Get to the airport and no details of the ticket were found in the airline system. I enquired why this was so. I waited on the phone for 23 minutes for an agent to respond, and she did not get back to me after taking Itinerary #.

Hotel booking was cancelled the very same day. The hotel still charged my credit card, and Travelocity said they can't do anything about it. Very disappointed; I will never use them again.

I reserved a car rental to be picked up and was scammed out of the rental car at Sangster's International Airport in Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica by Travelocity. I'm in the process of getting my money back.

Wanted to no if credit card information given making a reservation is really protected.
How can a customer be sure that all the information is given cannot be passed on anybody in everybody?

Booked a trip in December 2024. First part of the trip was a flight from Paris to London, and then a flight from London to Los Angeles - in July 2025.
Arrive at the check-in gate to find out we are not listed on the first flight. Spent hours on the phone with Travelocity customer service - no solution was provided, only a refund offer. I better receive that refund!
Apparently the flight from Paris to London had been canceled in February, but I was not notified.
I received confirmation emails up to the week before departure. I had to re-book international tickets at the last minute (which were more expensive, with a longer flight time and a different departure date).

Verified ReviewerThey did not disclose the extra fee VRBO would charge for booking through Travelocity, $485.00 to be exact.
Booked a rental home on Travelocity, they state that the price you see, including taxes and fees is the total, no additional hidden fees or cost. I paid $4,100.60 for a 3 night rental in Orange Beach, AL for July 17 - 20th.
2025. Paid my bill on Travelocity website, received confirmation from them, an agency, Alabama Vacation Rentals. Then read and received a separate bill for $485.00. from VRBO because Travelocity is booking for VRBO properties.
This was not disclosed on the page or site at the time.
I tried calling several phone numbers for Travelocity to try and resolve this issue but every number dialed is answered by VRBO reps. telling me I need to call Travelocity.

Still waiting for a resolution to refund of plane ticket cost due to a death in the family. Have provided death certificate.
