I book a cruise with Travelocity - they were great until I paid. After that I couldn't get anyone else to talk with me.

One month after I paid I was charged $70 on my credit card. After calling and being placed on hold for what seemed like an hour I was told that this was trip insurance for hotel rooms that I booked. I had earlier paid for trip insurance to cover the cruise, and I guess that they decided that they wanted their cut for the hotel as well - even though they never discussed it with me let along had me authorize the charge.

Never, I repear never, book a trip using Travelocity. They are the worst.

Monetary Loss: $70.

TRAVELOCITY.

UNFORTUNATELY I MISSED MY JAIPUR MUMBAI FLIGHT.

IMMEDIATELY I CANCELLED MY MUMBAI JAIPUR BOOKING.

I WAS INFORMED BY TRAVELOCITY PEOPLE THAT I WILL GET MY REFUND WITH IN 15 DAYS.

NOW AFTER 3 MONTHS & MY 8 CALLS ( 45 MIN. TO 1 HRS LONG )TO TRAVELOCITY , I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK.

every time i call them they say your refund is not yet processed.

every time i have to hold the phone for 45 min. to 1 hrs to finish the conversation & end up with no result.

I WILL NOT USE TRAVELOCITY AGAIN & WILL ADVICE OTHERS ALSO TO NOT TO USE TRAVELOCITY.
