when I talked to you guys.you told me I would get a one hundred dollar voucher. Never received any email confirmation about this I do have an upcoming trip to Italy booked with you guys. This may be the last time I use your website. There are too many websites for travel to have to put up with nonsense like this.

Travelocity - Book directly with airline

left on hold nearly 2 hrs to resolve a simple issue. 2 days after 1st 1-hr call, finally got a follow-up e-mail. Had to spend another hr on the phone to get anything done. Should've been a 5 minute cal and an e-mail confirmation. Worse customer service anywhere.

Travelocity - Our go-to travel agent

We have used them for decades and have always been very happy. Recently they weren't showing all flights to a destination, so we tried eDreams (eNightmares). We will never go back there again. When an airline cancelled their flight, eDreams would only refund the wholesale cost of the ticket. They kept the profits and administration fees, even though it was not our fault! With Travelocity, we ordered a flight, and then noticed that the date was wrong. My mistake. I called their CSR. She was kind and friendly. She stuck with us right up until the cancelation notice showed in my e-mailbox. Thereafter I was able to re-book on the correct date. Travelocity is always on the top for our travel needs. Thank you!

The same thing is happening to me right now. Was told the refund was sent, and even sent a refund receipt to my email, but the bank does not have it or cannot find it.

It has been a month now, and they said two weeks!!! GRRR

Details
Selected a flight. Hit the select button and all worked well except the price doubled+. Spent 4 hours trying to explain the problem to the folks in India. They seem to read replies from a book. Absolutely horrible service. I have used Travelocity with positive results for years, but every time I require help from Customer Service, total frustration. I am sure these Indian people mean well, but when you hire a person for cheap pay, you get exactly what you pay for. This site will not post because I need to use more words. Must be this site is a offshoot of Travelocity...Still need more friggin words, so Maybe I could try again right now.
