Absolutely terrible customer service, flight was booked for wrong date and never received confirmation email but customer service said this has NEVER happened. Refused to fix problem, will never use them again!!!

Travelocity - This says it all!

(email sent to me by Travelocity on January 16, 2017, after complaining that their hotel would not refund my money even though it was marked "Free cancellation" in two or three places on the listing and in my correspondence with Travelocity) Dear Jill, Thank you for contacting Travelocity. As requested below is the hotel's cancellation and change policy: - "Cancellations or changes made after 11:59 PM local hotel time, Friday, May 5, 2017 are subject to a hotel fee equal to 50% of the total amount paid for the reservation." - "Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation." Meanwhile, we found that your refund request was already denied. Should you need further assistance, feel free to call us at 1-855-201-7800 or 1-417-520-5312 (for callers outside U.S. and Canada). Worst customer service EVER. Spent almost three hours on hold.....disconnected 3 times and all i got was apologies from non-English speakers named "Lynne" and "Don". Will never use again.

Details
I called to change a plane ticket. Have now been on hold over 30 minutes. The first rep said his computer was having an issue and he couldn't make the change and put me on hold for his supervisor. 15 minutes later she gets on there and clicks around, puts me on hold, picks back up, clicks around. Confirms the times I now need. Puts me back on hold and I am still holding. Writing negative reviews until she comes back. Lesson learned. Never again Travelocity. Apparently they only have one computer in the entire company that can make changes.

Worst customer service. Ever. I am so pissed, I can hardly breathe. I was charged 3 booking fees and 3 airline fares for the same trip...and they did nothing to fix it. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! Now i have no money, I cant afford my trip, and will not be able to go. *** Travelocity. *** Shame on you for the way you treat consumers. I am truly disgusted. Yuck

Details
Booked a flight that was cancelled by the airline forcing me to miss my connection and entire trip due to the schedule change. After contacting Travelocity and the airline on several different occasions and wasting time to do so I have been unable to even get a straight answer about a refund or any options going forward to recover even some of the price of the ticket. I was charged for a service, a flight to Washington, and was given only an 800 number to attempt to make a claim for my hard earned money after never receiving that service.

Travelocity - Unreliable, No customer Service

I have used all the varied on-line travel organizations and travelocity is by far the worst. No customer service and a total rip off in pricing and assistance. When they arranged for my wife and i at a location, when we got there it was overbooked and we have struggled for weeks to get a refund of over $500.00. It has been a series of run around and excessive calls. I have now turned it over to my credit card company for action. Do not use travelocity. Horrible service!!! They actually advertise Customer Satisfaction is number one for them. This is a total joke. And almost everyone on staff spoke no English. Of the nine calls made, on average each was a hold in excess of an hour. Horrible , horrible customer service!

I have to echo all the negative things I have heard about travelocity. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Six hours on the telephone to change a name they got wrong on a airline ticket. Thier resolution. We rescheduled you at only an added expense of 800 dollars Please save yourself time and headaches. Use anyone else.

Travelocity - Customer Care Line is worthless!!!

I called the customer care line to make a couple request to my existing hotel reservation. The lady could verily speak English. I requested early check-in and a sofa in my room. I was on the phone for over 15 minutes and she kept wanting to change the date of my reservation and was trying to make my reservation an early check out. I had to correct her 3 times. I told her to forget....and not to touch my reservation. I did not trust her ability to add these two request. I use to be a Travel Agent and I know how request work....this lady was clueless and not very helpful.

Travelocity - I am still waiting for my refund.

I have been trying to get a refund for more about 3 months. On March 15, 2016, I received and E-mail from a Travelocity supervisor telling me that my money would be in the bank within 8 weeks from that date. Today is May 16, and I don't see that refund. I called Travelocity, and ask for a supervisor to speak with, but after 45 minutes waiting for that person I decided to hang up the phone. The customer service office is not in USA, they are in Phillipines, India, El Salvador, etc. and they are not able to solve any problem at all. They speak like robots and give you the same answers over and over again. "I am sorry, I understand your concern", etc. It is annoying. My case number is 4124518 and hopefully one day If I go to consumer's affairs or hire a lawyer I will get my refund. In the meanwhile I have to delete all the adds they keep sending me. It seems that they don't understand that I will never book with Travelocity again.
