Travelocity gives a run around for reimbursing me
I cancelled a flight reservations within 24 hrs and even called them about it to make sure it was cancelled.They reassured me it was cancelled and never charged.
I sat on the phone waiting an hour to talk to an english speaking person. They told me that the charge will not be on my credit card. Gee I see the $344.50 charge on my credit card which they are telling me is not on there, oh and then they say oh we had a computer glitched.
I again asked to speak to a manager, and of course no such thing.Til this day I am fighting this charge.
