We made travel plans with Travelocity last September for a family trip to Hawaii in May. Travelocity has changed our Itinerary five times now and each time we call to correct it they send us to customer service in India!

Who can't speak English. We could only book six people when we have seven going. so we had to book travel for one person on a separate account. They are changing both accounts..

My advice is to either use a local travel agency or deal directly with the airlines. I and all my friends and family will never use Travelocity for their travel needs.
