I tried canceling a reservation and ran into problems using the travelocity web site - my trip id was not showing up. So I tried calling and I was on hold for almost an hour.
I couldn't stay on hold so I had to call back the next day. When I finally got through, I was told that I called less than 24 hours prior to my reservation so they can't cancel. When I told them that it was Travelocity's fault, they told me they couldn't do anything because it was the hotel's policy not to refund. Terrible customer service.
