Travelocity...use Orbitz or Expedia
They changed my flight and separated my girlfriend and I onto 2 different flights.I asked to not receive email notifications of flight changes and they said this could not happen.
I asked if they could send email notifications to a different email and that could not happen either. Everytime something needs to be looked up on their system it takes 2-3 minutes. Do not use this service. It is terrible!!!
There is constant changes to the flight itineraries and then it takes an hour for customer service to fix them.The service is fine if the airlines make no changes, but if you need to speak to their customer service based in India, Good luck!!
