Travelocity rep booked flight incorrectly and after many many attempts to get it corrected ...that simply NEVER HAPPENED...

Customer service is located in Central America.....not Texas!

Was placed on hold for so long...calls got disconnected ..also was told to "call back in a couple of hours...computers are down".....

Had to book another flight and now having to dispute the charges they charged my account due to an error on THEIR PART...

WORST COMPANY EVER.....DON'T EVER USE THEM TO BOOK ANYTHING EXCPET A HEADACHE!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of travelocity flight booking and associated monetary loss in the amount of $480. Travelocity needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
