Same pissed off husband as wrong booked flight.When my wife booked the flight back in august to st . martin ,she did so on line.
The prices where clear. As she was booking on line she tried to pay for the trip and the site froze .So she called their direct customer service phone number and got an agent from traveloshity ,he replied and said he would take over the rest of the booking ,my wife said he had an accent from india, First Clue! BEWARE AMERICAN CONSUMER !!! He qouted higher prices than what she was seeing online,she said no no no i dont want that!CLUE NUMBER 2.so as she was talking to him she thought he manipulated the site and she was able to proceed booking.He was irritaded that she booked on line.Clue NUMBER THREE.
He said he finished booking the flight and hotel.I believe he was trying to make a higher fee for himself and when he couldnt he sabotaged our trip!We will NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY A PRODUCT OR SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY THAT USES FOREIGN OR EVEN OUT OF STATE LABOR TO ACCOMIDATE THAT COMPANYS BOTTOM LINE PERIOD!!! TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR PURCHASING POWER!!!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of cut off multiple times on phone and huge hassle. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of travelocity flight booking.
